We want you to know that we respect the privacy of every Customer who visits the Website and every Customer who places an Order or requests certain services available on the Website. We set out below what information we learn about you when you visit the Website, what we do with that information, and how you can change the information we have.

Site visitors
We do not collect any Personal Information from our site visitors. You are free to visit our Website as often as you like, without the need to register.
The only condition is that all users of the site must agree to our Terms and this Privacy Policy before using the site
Apart from data collected using cookies (see below), we do not collect any Personal Information from visitors of the Website who are not Customers.
Customers - Enquiries and Orders
You are encouraged to visit our Website and make Enquiries in relation to our Products. Where you submit an Enquiry:
(a) you will be required to submit to us your name, e-mail address, telephone number and where you place an Order your delivery address, billing address and credit debit/charge card details (if appropriate) you will also be required (together referred to as 'Personal Information');
(b) once we have received your Enquiry we will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with indicative prices for any Products;
(c) we may contact you by e-mail or telephone to discuss the Products and the price;
(d) once a price and a product has been agreed, we recommend that you make a no obligation reservation for a Product which shall be exclusively reserved for you for a limited time in accordance with our Terms and you then proceed to complete the Order if you so desire in accordance with our Terms.
If you submit any emails to us, we will keep a record of them and your Personal Information to help us keep track of any enquiries or complaints regarding our products and service and/or to allow us to fulfil the order you have placed.
Our Website uses software features known as 'cookies', which are small pieces of data that are stored on your hard drive when accessing a website. They are akin to identity cards, and we may use them as follows:

Security of Data
We will provide the same protections in respect of any electronic communications received from you as those employed in respect of information received by post and telephone.
When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details), that information is encrypted by the use of security systems with encryption and firewalls, provided on a secure socket layer (SSL) to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information from unauthorised access and disclosure. Whilst on a secure page, a lock icon appears at the bottom of your Web browser. When you are not on a secure page, no lock icon will appear.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information (like your credit card information) online, we also do everything in our power to protect your Personal Information off-line. All of our users' Personal Information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our offices. Online Payment
Because the processing of on-line payments is a particularly sensitive area requiring the highest standards of security our payment system is run for us by Protx
Protx operates a secure server in the processing of credit/debit card payments. Protx encrypt Customers credit/debit card details so that they are never revealed to anyone else, including Ce' The Jeweller
In connection with the performance of their duties, Protx may transfer your credit/debit card details to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Data Protection Act (1998)
We are registered for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, and make every effort to ensure that our systems and procedures meet the both the legal requirements and the best practice recommendations of the act
